Senior Revenue Accountant

What you'll do

• Review SaaS subscription, software license, and professional services contracts for ASC 606 treatment
• analyze performance obligations and transaction price allocation
• account for contract changes, renewals, expansions, and non-standard pricing
• prepare revenue schedules and journal entries
• maintain contract and billing information
• ensure invoices follow contract terms
• reconcile accounts receivable, deferred revenue, contract assets, and unbilled revenue
• perform revenue close, cutoff, reporting, and audit support
• report and reconcile SaaS metrics
• reconcile CRM, billing, and general ledger data
• support forecasting and NetSuite revenue implementation
• improve automation, policies, procedures, and controls.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience, hands-on ASC 606 experience, and strong working knowledge of NetSuite revenue recognition. Software or SaaS accounting experience is strongly preferred.
