Accurate compliance work, effective sourcing, and ownership of a defined improvement project support the team’s recruiting needs and national security and civilian missions.

What you'll do

• Source, screen, interview, negotiate, and close candidates across technical and cleared requisitions
• build hiring-manager relationships and provide market feedback and pipeline updates
• lead at least one defined recruiting project or initiative per year
• maintain EEO/OFCCP, clearance, and interview documentation
• adopt a recurring AI-assisted workflow efficiency and use deliberate practices to widen and diversify candidate pipelines.
