What you'll do

• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for Clinic Support Specialists and Welcome Ware team members
• maintain training materials, SOPs, checklists, and guides
• administer Dialpad, Second Door, and Welcome Ware settings, access, routing, and configurations
• troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors
• support system updates and workflow improvements
• monitor call and lead data
• recommend improvements to patient scheduling
• support system setup and training for new clinics.
