What you'll do

• Schedule and assign work to diesel technicians
• monitor repair progress
• gather customer and vehicle information
• open repair orders
• check recalls, campaigns, warranties, service bulletins, and repair history
• communicate repair concerns and estimates
• document and audit work orders
• answer calls and follow up with customers about parts and repairs
• help cover other Service Advisor shifts as needed.
