What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment and public-area equipment, furnishings, and building components
• perform routine and emergency electrical, plumbing, lighting, door, and lock repairs
• maintain outdoor equipment
• complete scheduled preventive maintenance
• respond to equipment and system emergencies
• complete work orders with detailed information
• assist maintenance colleagues and manage supplies
• provide snow removal and salt application during inclement weather.
