The Forklift Operator, Shipping role is onsite in Spring Hill, KS, with a schedule of Thursday–Saturday and every third Sunday, 4:30 AM–5:00 PM. Starting pay is $23.94 per hour. The role supports the Plant Distribution Center’s safe and accurate management of finished goods inventory and shipments. The operator moves raw materials and finished goods through the facility, supports production and shipping operations, and maintains inventory accuracy. Safe, reliable material handling helps keep plant operations and customer shipments moving.

What you'll do

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• transport raw materials, packaging, supplies, and finished products
• load and unload trucks, trailers, and railcars
• verify quantities, product identification, and load accuracy
• supply production lines
• perform routine quality checks
• complete inventory transactions, records, and shipping documents
• assist with cycle counts and material tracking
• inspect equipment before and after shifts
• perform assigned basic preventative maintenance
• maintain housekeeping and follow safety, quality, food safety when applicable, environmental, and operational procedures.
