What you'll do

• Lead group sessions, provide individual counseling and crisis support when needed, monitor the milieu for safety and positive client interaction, document client progress in BestNotes, and collaborate with the team to support continuity of care, including weekends.
• Support intern development as needed and serve as a weekend resource.
