What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles from intake through offer
• partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
• provide market insights on candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines
• track requisition load, time-to-fill, and pipeline conversion
• manage candidate pipelines in an applicant tracking system
• coordinate screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling
• proactively source candidates using recruiting platforms
• contribute to the recruiting team.
