What you'll do

• Manage complex accounts receivable and follow up on unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims
• resolve aging accounts and reimbursement delays
• prepare appeals and investigate denial trends
• collaborate with clinical, authorization, and registration teams
• monitor revenue-cycle metrics and recommend improvements
• manage claims through reimbursement
• advise on payer policies
• improve workflows, support SOP development, and assist with staff training.
