Registered Nurse (RN) / Clinic Lead

The Registered Nurse (RN) / Clinic Lead role is onsite in Spring, TX. Pay is $34–$35 per hour. The lead supports iV Bars clinic staff and implements company policies and procedures while advancing the company’s mission of safe, effective, and efficient IV therapies and services. This role combines clinical expertise with clinic leadership. It guides staff, coordinates schedules and operations, and helps ensure that services, records, inventory, and clinic practices meet company protocols and applicable healthcare regulations.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, educate, and orient clinic staff
• perform and teach IV insertion, infusion, and other clinic services
• coordinate staff schedules and coverage
• provide payroll summaries and tip tracking
• enforce policies, procedures, protocols, and healthcare regulations
• audit transactions and records
• maintain clinic cleanliness
• order and manage inventory
• coordinate events or satellite locations
• maintain staff records and communicate with HR.
