What you'll do
- Coordinate the Medicare/MDS resident assessment process
- ensure the interdisciplinary team completes assessments on time
- coordinate development, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
- coordinate or provide nursing interventions and care as needed
- follow infection-control and safety standards
- coordinate emergency measures according to center policy
- maintain required documentation
- participate in assigned meetings and in-services
- protect residents’ rights.
