What you'll do

• Monitor carrier and TPA requirements, service-level agreements, documentation, milestones, portals, scorecards, and performance indicators
• identify gaps and root causes
• develop corrective action plans, reporting, escalation procedures, standard operating procedures, workflows, and training
• audit jobs and communicate risks and recommendations to leadership.
