What you'll do

• Direct Line Leads once schedules are set
• review first-piece samples and verify production specifications
• set up production lines and stage materials with Receiving
• communicate quality requirements
• coordinate quality checks
• set and communicate hourly output standards
• work with Line Leads to improve efficiency and complete scorecards
• analyze actual versus estimated efficiency
• oversee orderly breakdown and put-away
• train employees and temporary workers
• maintain a clean and orderly facility.
