Security Captain

Job overview

The Security Captain role is onsite in Woodbridge, VA, and pays $32.80 per hour. Securitas provides security services to help safeguard clients’ people and assets and make the world a safer place. The Captain supervises security personnel at one or more client sites to support reliable site security. The role oversees post orders, rounds, reporting, emergency notifications, staff training and coaching, post coverage, client communication, and inspections.

What you'll do

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other assigned personnel
• ensure post orders and rounds are followed and reports are submitted
• notify authorities and clients during emergencies
• coach, discipline, and train staff
• assist with payroll and personnel management and coordinate post coverage
• meet with client representatives
• inspect posts
• and perform Security Officer duties when needed.
