Advanced Baseball Coach and Assistant Coach

The Advanced Baseball Coach and Assistant Coach roles are onsite, part-time positions in Leawood, KS. Pay is $26–$30 per 90-minute session. The J’s baseball program teaches young players ages 9–12 skill development, self-discipline, safety, and sportsmanship. The coaching staff exists to develop players’ baseball skills and support safe, positive participation in practices and games. Coaches lead or assist with drills, supervise players, and help maintain communication with families and the coaching team.

What you'll do

• Lead or assist with baseball drills at practices and assist with games for players ages 9–12
• set up and take down equipment
• supervise children
• the head coach provides clear and timely communication with parents, while assistant coaches reinforce the head coach’s direction.
