What you'll do

• Oversee daily food preparation, production, and quality
• ensure recipes, presentation, and portioning standards are followed
• maintain clean kitchen areas
• lead menu rollouts and staff training
• support food execution for location events
• maintain health, safety, and sanitation compliance
• manage monthly inventory and supplier orders
• monitor food costs and waste
• hire, onboard, train, and develop back-of-house staff
• provide coaching and feedback
• schedule and staff to business needs
• review timekeeping accuracy.
