What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries
• schedule home-call appointments
• enter STATs and home calls into systems
• track STAT requests and record dispatch and arrival times
• verify STAT entries in the EMR
• enter requisitions and create patient accounts as needed
• call facilities with critical lab results
• schedule specimen pickups
• scan requisitions and billing information
• oversee timely assignment and completion of home calls and STATs
• manage morning team members
• assist the Dispatch Manager with reporting and performance metrics.
