Lead House Parent – Residential Youth Care

What you'll do

• Live in an assigned cottage and help care for up to eight children
• teach and lead cottage rules and daily routines
• provide encouragement, guidance, and counseling
• participate in educational and recreational activities
• ensure children’s physical needs are met
• help children build self-esteem and skills
• model appropriate behaviors and attitudes
• work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
