What you'll do

• Maintain the MDS and care-plan schedule for the interdisciplinary team
• coordinate MDS and care-plan preparation under regulatory requirements
• track Medicare benefit days and validate daily census for accurate billing
• respond to intermediary information requests and appeals within deadlines
• ensure Medicare denial letters are prepared on time
• evaluate documentation for Medicaid reimbursement.
