What you'll do

• Assist the Kitchen Manager with meal preparation
• follow food safety, sanitation, temperature-control, and department procedures
• maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness
• perform kitchen organization and pricing duties
• and work with other departments to support efficient meal delivery. The posting requires a high school education or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Two or more years of high-volume kitchen experience and a Food Handler’s Certification or Permit are preferred but not required.
