What you'll do

• Track project budgets, committed and actual costs, invoices, and expected remaining costs
• coordinate purchase orders and equipment orders
• match invoices to approved purchases and completed work
• collect vendor onboarding documents
• maintain project records and closeout documentation
• update trackers and report status, risks, and next steps
• support department platforms and authorized employee access changes.
