The role keeps marketing financial and operational processes organized, accurate, and visible. It coordinates budget tracking, procurement, vendors, workforce administration, travel, and team logistics so marketing teams and partners can execute their work effectively.

What you'll do

• Coordinate marketing budget administration
• maintain budget tracking tools, spending reports, forecasts, and documentation
• monitor budget utilization and support monthly and quarterly reviews
• partner with marketing leadership, finance, and business operations
• manage statements of work, purchase orders, vendor engagements, and invoice processing
• coordinate vendor contracts, renewals, reconciliation, and payment approvals
• support onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and equipment provisioning
• coordinate travel, workshops, offsites, meetings, and team gatherings
• maintain operational documentation, templates, procedures, and shared resources.
