What you'll do

• Own Air Force business development from opportunity identification through capture, proposal support, and award
• build and manage a qualified pipeline across commands, program offices, sustainment organizations, and innovation units
• develop senior relationships with acquisition leaders and operational users
• match mission needs to Tagup’s platform
• shape opportunities through RFIs, RFPs, OTAs, SBIR/STTR transitions, demonstrations, and pilots
• lead competitive analysis, win strategy, teaming, pricing inputs, and proposal reviews
• coordinate customer needs with product, engineering, and program leadership
• represent Tagup at conferences, working groups, and customer engagements
• maintain pipeline forecasts and reporting.
