What you'll do

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on assessment
• follow triage, treatment, evaluation, and documentation guidelines
• coordinate patient transfer, discharge, and referrals
• provide patient and family education
• delegate care to ancillary personnel
• maintain confidentiality and comply with safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements. May precept student nurses and new hires.
