What you'll do

• Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence
• assist with deposition preparation and discovery requests
• prepare for client meetings, document productions, depositions, hearings, and trials
• summarize depositions, documents, and records
• organize exhibits
• maintain case-management files
• manage a diverse and complex caseload
• use court rules, docketing and calendaring systems, filing systems, databases, electronic research, and e-discovery
• bill time
• and manage details and deadlines accurately.
