What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance for enterprise telecommunications and telephony systems
• manage service desk staff, troubleshooting specialists, field technicians, and systems engineers
• oversee incident, problem, and change management
• coordinate workloads, maintenance windows, upgrades, and scheduled service activities
• track timelines, deliverables, risks, and resources
• develop and enforce procedures and documentation
• communicate service performance and project status to stakeholders
• use metrics to identify trends and improve processes
• collaborate with engineering, security, and vendors
• ensure compliance with policies, standards, and contractual obligations.
