Customer Service Agent — Automotive Parts

The Customer Service Agent role is onsite in Orlando, FL, and is part-time. Compensation is $19 per hour. What you'll do

• Develop knowledge of auto collision parts and products
• answer phone inquiries about compatibility, pricing, availability, and shipping
• process orders, returns, and exchanges
• resolve complaints or escalate issues
• stay informed about inventory and product updates
• coordinate with warehouse, shipping, dispatch, and other departments
• collect customer feedback and suggest improvements.
