The Registered Nurse (RN) — Medical-Surgical Float Pool is an onsite role in Charlotte, NC, with a 7 p.m.–7 a.m. schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week and weekend and holiday rotation. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Atrium Health’s Carolinas Medical Center, its flagship hospital and a Level I trauma center. The RN provides and coordinates comprehensive, safe, therapeutic patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice. The float pool role supports patient care across assigned settings while contributing to a safe environment and positive patient experience.
