The Senior CNC Press Brake Setup Specialist (Level II/III) role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, with pay of $28–$45 per hour. The specialist works in Tempco’s Operations department, reporting to the Production Supervisor, and supports manufacturing quality, throughput, and on-time delivery. The role owns complex press brake setups from planning and tooling through first-piece approval and production. Accurate programming, measurement, documentation, and troubleshooting help maintain repeatable quality while the specialist mentors less-experienced operators.

What you'll do

• Set up, program, and run CNC press brakes for complex, tight-tolerance parts
• interpret blueprints, job orders, and work instructions
• select dies and punches, calculate bend allowances, and optimize setups
• validate parts with precision measuring tools and visual inspections
• stage materials and maintain accurate documentation
• support on-time delivery
• mentor less-experienced operators
• maintain a safe, orderly, audit-ready work area.
