What you'll do

• Lead or support design transfers, new product introductions, and product changes
• work with integrators on equipment supporting production and provide manufacturing support for existing equipment. Support automation machines using Allen Bradley controls, update software for troubleshooting and improvement, and integrate machine software with cloud networking for process monitoring and metrics. Develop equipment processes and procedures, document changes and protocols, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and lead failure analysis and root-cause investigations. Support quality actions, audits, custom equipment building and testing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing support for the repair center. Maintain records in accordance with applicable FDA, ISO, CAP, and CLIA requirements.
