What you'll do

• Maintain client relationships through timely follow-up, quotations, and account support
• respond to policy, coverage, and policy-change inquiries
• communicate updates and renewal information
• gather client data, present policy options, bind new coverage, and cancel old policies
• prepare submissions and obtain carrier quotes
• identify cross-selling opportunities and resolve service issues
• prepare proposals and coverage summaries
• manage endorsements, certificates, billing, collections, audits, applications, and renewals
• document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
