What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following security procedures, hotel policies, and emergency response activities
• conduct foot or vehicle patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking, public and back-of-house areas, and the perimeter
• monitor access points
• report suspicious behavior and hazards
• respond to guest concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• prepare incident reports and communicate with hotel management and responders as needed.
