What you'll do

• Support structured daily programming and group coordination
• build trust-based relationships with patients
• monitor patients and the facility and conduct safety checks
• communicate observations to clinical and medical staff
• document observations and incidents
• transport patients to programs and community appointments
• record vital signs
• conduct urine drug screens and breathalyzer tests
• provide emotional support
• refer clinical concerns to therapy or medical staff
• assist with supplies, discharge preparation, and facility operations.
