What you'll do

• Conduct market analysis and financial underwriting
• develop project schedules and budgets and track costs
• manage development and renovation projects
• source land acquisitions and lead due diligence
• negotiate land and apartment-building purchases
• oversee rehabilitation and multifamily development
• coordinate with internal teams, agencies, consultants, and private organizations
• supervise staff and make presentations to commissioners and public bodies.
