What you'll do

• Assist the doctors at chair-side with all aspects of dental treatment.
• Perform advanced dental assisting treatment including coronal polish, sealants, crown prep, denture impressions and adjustments, packing cord, and Class II fillings.
• Sterilize, disinfect, and prepare instruments and equipment for patient treatment.
• Educate patients on general oral health care as directed by the doctor.
• Present treatment to patients based on doctor recommendations.
• Complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients in an efficient and timely manner.
• Record patient charting and all the doctor’s notes in the digital patient chart as directed.
• Provide continuous support, training, and feedback to teammates.
• Store and maintain inventory and adequate supplies in all dental work areas.
