Senior Network Engineer

Job overview

What you'll do

• Participate in network architecture, design, infrastructure upgrades, and technology initiatives
• lead technical response to major incidents and complex troubleshooting
• support enterprise network stability, performance, and availability
• troubleshoot routing, switching, WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, wireless, and related infrastructure
• analyze root causes and drive remediation
• recommend architecture, performance, security, and reliability improvements
• coordinate with MSPs and internal teams
• provide implementation instructions and validate changes
• improve operations, documentation, monitoring, and service delivery
• support projects through planning, design, implementation, and testing
• communicate recommendations and issues to stakeholders.
