What you'll do
- Support financial systems, including accounts, vendors, and subcontractors
- process subcontractor invoices and establish contractor reporting mechanisms
- handle accounts receivable activities, deposits, follow-up, and invoices to funders
- reconcile accounts receivable and deferred revenues and support TRNA schedules
- back up accounts payable and general ledger maintenance
- prepare monthly journal entries
- assist with analysis, accounting procedures, annual and government audits, grant billing, and agency financial reporting.
