The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Center for Autism is an onsite role based in Grand Ledge, MI. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the Hope Network Behavioral Health clinical team in delivering high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role exists to provide clinical expertise and leadership in the treatment of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The BCBA is responsible for developing individualized treatment programs, conducting clinical assessments, and supervising staff to ensure meaningful outcomes for children and their families.
What you'll do
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct and interpret clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.
- Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment programs as needed.
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
- Train and support staff and families in ABA principles, treatment programs, and behavior strategies.
- Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.
- Participate in parent, treatment team, and stakeholder meetings.
- Collaborate with the Associate Clinical Director, therapists, families, and other providers to support quality care.
- Support staff development, engagement, and retention through ongoing feedback, coaching, and training.
- Maintain BCBA supervision and productivity requirements.
- Complete clinical documentation, data collection, treatment plans, and billing accurately and timely.
- Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, Michigan licensure requirements, HIPAA, and Hope Network policies.
- Advocate for the safety, rights, and well-being of the individuals we serve.
