Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Oversee property maintenance, including HVAC and preventive maintenance
• complete repairs related to service requests and turnovers
• maintain safety and building equipment
• follow preventive maintenance schedules and conduct annual apartment inspections
• coordinate emergency repairs and on-call rotation
• organize staff and vendor work
• prepare maintenance and capital budgets
• train staff in safe equipment use
• maintain grounds, supplies, and equipment
• coordinate snow removal as needed.
