Team Leader – Production Cell

The Team Leader – Production Cell is an onsite, full-time role in New Albany, IN, with pay of $18–$19 per hour and five-hour shifts available. NYX LLC’s production team makes molded parts and coordinates production and quality activities. The team leader guides direct labor activities to meet production and quality standards, supports operators, and coordinates cell workflow. The role also handles label and quality-system tasks, helping maintain safe, organized, and efficient production operations.

What you'll do

• Lead direct labor activities to meet production and quality standards
• cross-train team members on assigned cell stations
• maintain safe, organized cells and 5S compliance
• coordinate communication with indirect functions
• complete quality-system paperwork
• assess acceptable parts and perform First Piece Approval
• validate packaging and visually audit molded parts
• manage break times
• provide tools and supplies
• update production boards and validate scrap reporting
• perform label changes and report manufacturing and quality data
• follow safety rules and report safety issues and injuries.
