What you'll do

• Greet customers and identify service needs

• recommend maintenance and repairs based on inspections and diagnostics
• explain services, costs, and timelines
• coordinate with technicians and the parts department
• update customers on service status
• present additional service and preventative maintenance opportunities
• review completed work for accuracy and quality
• return vehicles to customers and explain work performed.
