What you'll do

• Direct daily steel shipping, loading, and loadout
• ensure materials are identified, secured, and ready for transport
• check markings, load accuracy, tickets, and shipping documents
• coordinate with production, logistics, and shop personnel
• maintain records in production and shipping software
• train and assist team members
• lead daily safety meetings
• enforce safety and quality standards
• support workflow improvements.
