What you'll do
- Provides Tier 1 & 2 support to campus and remote locations.
- Coordinates daily inspections of classroom equipment and processes repair tickets.
- Builds and deploys software images.
- Assists with network, server, and telecommunication support.
- Provides intermediate support to the SimCare Center, including setup and maintenance of high-fidelity manikins and AV systems.
