Household Packer Team Leader

What you'll do

• Manage Move Management operations onsite
• help develop and implement each move plan
• supervise and direct staff in packing and unpacking
• address client concerns
• coordinate with movers, auctioneers, appraisers, charity pickup staff, and clean-out crews
• pack and unpack household goods by hand
• inspect packing materials and containers
• sort belongings with client input
• and provide personal assistance and emotional support as needed.
