What you'll do

• Lead customer onboarding, refinement, quarterly business reviews, and optimization conversations
• build and deploy AI agents for customer workflows using AI coding assistants to scope and prototype solutions
• identify common themes in customer requests and translate them into prioritized product work
• partner with engineering to unblock agents and scope capabilities
• automate lower-value tasks and improve customer-facing work efficiency.
