What you'll do

• Assist with estimates, budgets, proposals, and customer presentations
• coordinate technical and commercial proposal information
• maintain templates and track proposal status
• update CRM records and pipeline reports
• support customer outreach, meetings, lead generation, research, trade shows, marketing materials, and digital marketing
• coordinate sales action items and information across teams
• prepare reports and performance metrics.
