Emotional Wellness Coordinator

The Emotional Wellness Coordinator role is part-time and site-based at either the Nixon or Vance Club in Wilmington, NC. The posting lists pay of $25 per hour. Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern North Carolina supports youth development through safe, inclusive programming and community partnerships. The coordinator helps implement trauma-informed practices at an assigned Club through staff coaching, youth programming, referral coordination, and family engagement. The role also tracks program data and supports connections between young people, families, and community mental health partners.

What you'll do

• Model trauma-informed practices
• coach staff and provide de-escalation support
• coordinate and document youth referrals
• deliver or support evidence-informed youth curricula
• monitor youth safety and engagement
• help plan family workshops
• maintain relationships with community partners
• track referrals, incidents, and engagement data.
