Chief Clinical Officer

Supervises and trains primary care providers (PCPs) in the assigned center. Accountable for maximizing core model execution, including clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. Provides direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties. Manages PCP performance, engagement, and fosters clinical-operations synergy and culture.
