What you'll do

• Address employee and union concerns and grievances
• support labor-contract interpretation and negotiations
• assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
• partner with managers on performance reviews, investigations, and employee development
• maintain compliance with employment and labor laws
• support training, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and employee engagement
• analyze HR reports
• and work with safety teams on workers’ compensation and return-to-work matters.
