Lead Site Reliability Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and support highly available applications and cloud infrastructure
• improve reliability, availability, and performance
• define and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets
• develop observability and monitoring solutions
• lead high-severity incident response and root cause analysis
• automate operational workflows
• build regression testing strategies
• maintain Terraform infrastructure as code
• support Azure environments and tools
• lead capacity planning and performance tuning
• maintain runbooks and mentor engineers.
